So after two weeks back in Toronto, I'm back in Shanghai! I'm also going to have guests in August. A friend that's in Korea teaching English will be around at the beginning of August, and then my buddy Paul a week after that, so it should be good! Looking forward to hangout with some friends in Shanghai!
Well this has been a frustrating trip back. I was told, that my flight back was a direct flight with no stops, but things changed quickly after I was on the plane. The plane was now going to make one stop and then continue. As we are landing in Vancouver, the voice over the P.A. begins to say that we will also have to change planes! Tired and furious! In anycase 22 hours later and in Shanghai, waiting at belt 10 for my luggage, I pick up the first bag, and then wait another 3 hours to fill out forms to get the 2nd bag that was left in Vancouver!!!!
Being back in Toronto was nice, tried to meet up with everyone I could but I did miss a few people. In any case Jack Astor's, Bier Markt, and Devil's Martini was a whole lot funny especially those 4 ounces of Johnny Black on ice for $10.
